Here at ThinkAhead IT we believe in delivering the highest quality of advice and solutions through a team of qualified and professionally experienced engineers. We like to provide a personal service, building relationships, being at the end of a phone without having to pass through a call centre or automated telephone system. We care about what we do; we have pride in what we deliver.
ThinkAhead IT will never over-stretch our engineers and we recruit as we expand. Although we outsource value-added services such as cabling or telecoms, we never sub-contract our key services. We live and die by the service we offer and we are not prepared to compromise on that service by using personnel that are not employed by ThinkAhead IT

We are very proud of the staff we employ at ThinkAhead IT. Our staff is what sets us apart from our peers.
Our staff come from varying experience but they all have the one thing in common and that is service. We are simply not happy until the client is happy.
When recruiting we look for personalities that match are ethos which is provide the level of service we would expect if we were the client.
All staff are required to maintain and attain industry qualifications, but qualification is only one part of the equation, experience is necessary as well. We ensure that all staff have a minimum of 3 years experience in IT.
